The NHL Ad-Block Plus Update: An Apple App for Hockey Fans
- by admin
A few days ago, the NHL introduced a new ad-block extension that would let you block ads and block other ads on any app.
The extension would have been nice if Apple’s Ad-Hoc Plus extension would do the same thing for Hockey fans.
Instead, it just got in the way.
Instead of adding a new extension to the Extensions pane, the NFL just made it harder to block ads from appearing on your own app.
The problem was that there was no way to block the extension from showing up on your app, so the only way to prevent ads from showing was to install another extension.
Apple doesn’t currently support the extension in its App Store, but they’re working on it, and they’ve got an official extension to add it to.
The problem is that it only works for the NHL app, and you have to manually install the extension on your Mac.
That’s not a bad solution for people who use other sports apps.
It’s probably a bit more complicated for those of us who live in the NHL’s native app, but it should be more useful to those who use apps like Spotify, Pandora, and YouTube.
Here’s how to get it working:First, download and install the NHL extension on both your Mac and your iOS device.
If you’re not using an iOS device, use a different browser.
Second, open up the extension by clicking the cog icon in the top-right corner.
The app should open up automatically.
Third, click the “Add to Extension” button and fill out the following information.
The next screen will ask you if you want to add a new Extension to your Mac, or if you just want to install the one that’s already installed on your iOS devices.
Fill out the form below, and the NHL will automatically install the new extension on the device you’re currently using.
Once the NHL Extension is installed, it will automatically show up in the Extensions tab of the NHL App.
It will also automatically appear in the sidebar of your iPhone app.
To add a Hockey Extension, just open the Hockey Extensions pane.
Click on the Hockey extension you want, and choose “Add Extension”.
A dialog box should appear asking if you’d like to add an additional extension to your iOS application.
Finally, click on the “+” icon at the top right corner of the Extensions window.
The NHL app should automatically launch and the extension should appear in your extension list.
The NHL Extension works for all current NHL games as well as all future games, which means you should have no problems blocking ads from being shown in your app.
